“Braedyn was the best, we came in to the store because my wife's phone wasn't working and the assistant quickly got her phone operational and upgraded our phones and saved us enough money to add a third line for our son.”

“Mckayla was very good at customer service. This was the 5th phone store/repair location we had been to. My husband’s phone fell in the lake and he needed a new one. Our first stop was at the corporate Verizon store in Greenwood. The customer service guy was absolutely no help at all. He acted like he just wanted us to move on. McKayla was able to retrieve the information from Dave’s Google account and transfer it to the new phone. ALL GOOD NOW!!!! Thank you Mckayla. Dave Gandolph.”

“Moriah immediately understood the problem, when a dozen contacts with AT&T could do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. She understood before I even finished complaining, took care of it — and I am one extremely happy customer!! Thank you, Moriah. Give Moriah a raise. Immediately.”
