PNC Franklin has sure moved backwards.
Used to be a great bank.
Now they have three people working there, none are tellers. Limited services.
If you need anything other than an ATM transaction, all three tell you to go to Greenwood full service branch.
It makes absolutely no sense.

The management should just tear down the building and put up a drive by ATM like the one south of Kroger on SR. 135 in Greenwood. There is no BANK at this location; just ATMs that nay or may not be working

The people were nice but you can only get cash out of the ATM. They have no tellers. I was met with a lady standing at a podium and there a couple offices in there. This bank really serves to purpose other than maybe getting or applying for a loan.
