“Amazing! Everyone here,, I was sent from Southport location where the 2 ladies working totally ignored me I was the only one there! Didn't want to help when all they had to do was scan my return code and put label on box. So weird at that location. I'm driving to this one Always now it's obvious they love what they do! Thanks out to greenwood UPS you guys are Awesome”
“Estes was subcontracted from a company out of Chicago to deliver my generac 18k generator.Was told by people in Chicago that they would contact me and schedule a delivery, this was on a Friday. I mentioned to them on a Monday delivery?At 10:45 am, the driver Jeff called and said he was on his way. This about an hour out! He was very helpful and courteous with the delivery.The only thing that I think should have been done differently. Office didn't call ahead of time too make sure I would be home to unload, especially sence the item weighed almost 500 pounds! Other then that, they did a good job.”

“I arrived at the original address to check in and then they have you go across the street make the first left park on the gravel and check in. I had a 0900 appt got there a little after 0800 given a dock rt away done within the hr. Plenty of room to maneuver.”
“The people that work at the main street post office are wonderful people it is unusual for a post office to be closed between 1130 and 1230. I will admit that but remember we are in a small town and we’re lucky to have two post offices.”
“I've been using this location for several years now dropping off packages for packaging and shipping. I recently started using this store as a FedEx hold for pickup site as this store is much closer to me than my hospital downtown where most of my parts get delivered.
Hailey is a wonderful addition to the team and always has it together! She heads for my packages as soon as I walk into the door. It's refreshing to see someone in a customer service position that doesn't act brand new every single time you interact with them.
Minus one star for the late morning start time. Kinda odd for a FedEx location to open up at 9 where most open at 7 or earlier.”
