This was the only available storage to me in the area at the time. It did not present well. I have learned thatIt is dirty and not well maintained. I have two units and everything in both units was covered in mouse poop. They chewed open coverings on chairs and chewed through boxes into clothing- - Lots of spiders and bugs everywhere. I would not recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Ben (from Edinburgh office) to help me secure and eventually rent a storage unit at the Franklin facility. Not only did he meet me in person at the Franklin area, he showed me different sizes and I eventually decided on the right unit. I am in process of moving and I have never rented a unit, Ben made the process seamless and he had the utmost patience with me and all my questions. Not only did he get me in a unit, he made the whole process seamless and very user friendly. This company has a great asset in having Ben represent Extra Space Storage franchise. He also is very thorough with following up and making sure everything is satisfactory on the customers end. Please give Ben whatever “atta-a-boy” recognition your company may have.
