    “Grabbed mad bags of chia seeds my guy. Started downing like 9 tbsp per day to get my 100% daily value of fiber. Turns out, not such a great idea. Had these massive painful bowel movements that had me like ow bro, that ain't right. Had to cut the chia seeds out completely. Might go back to a moderate dose of chia seeds just to finish off the bags i got. But word to the wise: diversify your fiber profile. Ain't no joke out here.”

I am here; Absolutely P-h-e-n-o-m-e-n-a-l experience, and customer service— without fail, every single time!!! Barb is one of t-h-e greatest workers they have ever hired in the entire Company. My day gets better knowing shes there in the self checkout, even if I don't even use the self checkout!!     “Picking up an order of chicken from the deli on Sunday, July 26th. Shanna (sp) was helping us. She was so very helpful in assisting us in getting sides to go with our chicken order. We told her how many we would be feeding & she kindly guided us as to how much we would probably need. She was spot on with just enough for some leftovers. She was so upbeat & definitely one of those people you are happy to see behind the counter!”
