“One of my favorite goodwill’s in the area, generally fair pricing. However a few weeks ago when we visited who I believe is the manager was on a smoke break when we pulled up (I believe they were the proper feet from the entrance but still very in front of customers) and when we left 45 mins later they were in another smoke break already! Ridiculous!”

“Just found this gem. I love the town of Franklin. It was clean, well organized, and had a good variety of items. It was affordable and I wanted to spend more time and get more items, but had to go. Hope to be back again soon. I found some good deals. I would love to see a rewards program, discounts (student, senior, etc). I also wish they had a public restroom. <><”
