Had a bit of a problem with recent oil change. The oil filter failed and Beck jumped into action to take care of the issue they had my car towed to their location repaired and then brought my car home. Very pleased with how they handled this rare issue. These guys are the best.

“I brought my truck in thinking I had a transmission issue. They took a look and it appeared I had other issues not related to my transmission. They were happy to help me and resolve these problems. While working on my truck, other issues compounded. They were willing to go the extra step and got me on the road. Even after I picked up my truck, they continued to be amazing. I had another issue that I thought was apart of what they already fixed. BRIAN was extremely helpful and took a look and throughout looking, he explained the process on how these mechanical parts worked and what was not working properly. He took his own time on what should have been his time off, and got dirty finessing a few things. What I need is a disel mechanic, not a transmission mechanic, but they still pulled through and because of them, my small business is back on the road. The receptionist Jamie and Brian are really decent people. Easy to talk to, friendly and throughly explained what I needed to know and understand while being very patient with me. I hope not to be back but I won't go anywhere else if I do have a transmission issue.

They had a mechanical break down 2.5 hrs from home and at night. Luckily, they were close to your shop where they dropped it off after hours and continued home in their other vehicle. You got the vehicle in and fixed the problem quickly and at a affordable price. The extra mile service came when you noticed not one but damaged tires. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We checked them before they left and didn't notice anything wrong. You found and fixed what could have caused a bad accident.
