“It’s extremely refreshing to have an auto repair shop right downtown, that you can Trust. We have been going to Downtowm Car Care for 5 years. They have great prices, they’re very quick to complete repairs and communicate everything up front. And there are Starburst candies in a bowl… If you need anything from a nail in a tire repaired for $20 or air conditioner recharged for $200 - they’re the place to go! Oil changes are inexpensive, major repairs are clearly explained, cost extensiveness and how long it will take. If it’s a simple trip you can wait in their waiting area or walk over to the Stutz Building for some Patachou. On top of it all, they treat you like friends. And they have Starburst.”
“I stopped by today knowing i had a slow leak in a tire. They offered to get me in but said it'd be a long wait. I declined - I had commitments - but they were amazing enough to fill the low tire and top off the other 3 since temps were cold.
no charge. i ended up doing what i needed to do then coming to noblesville Best One to repair the tire. They squeezed me in.
Best One is amazing. Tire issues are never convenient but they've pulled many an object out of my tires over the years. I'll never go anywhere else in the city for tires.”

“I had a new motor put in my Ford F-150.... they had it a little over 2 wks. I drove it 5 miles an a wire got on the exhaust shut the truck down on Raceway an Rockville rd during rush hour. I immediately called John the owner he came extremely quick to help me. He towed it back to his shop an his mechanic Brian came in on Saturday to fix it before he left for vacation. “I stopped in today just close to 5 PM because I had a piece of plastic under my car that was halfway broken off and dragging on the road. When I came in to the shop, The gentleman that came to the counter to assist me immediately took my car back and fixed my issue within less than 10 minutes. I am always pleased with the service I get anytime I come in for an oil change or a quick repair. I will always recommend this place to anyone.”

I brought my older (1999) car here knowing there were a few issues with it, and shortly after dropping it off Tom gave me a phone call and laid out my repair options. I was given quotes for fixing each individual problem, as well as for fixing everything together, and the prices were more than fair for both parts and labor.
The real kicker was that Tom originally estimated it would take about a day and a half to get everything taken care of, which was reasonable for the tasks at hand. But a few hours later he called me to give an update, and told me he would have everything finished THE SAME DAY.

“My wife and I brought our Cadillac to Edwards on Keystone for a second opinion diagnostic after getting a report from the dealer that we had leaking differential seals and a transmission line. We were also in need of the routine flush and fill of the drivetrain fluids.
They confirmed what the dealer had told us, and quoted us nearly $1500 less than what the dealer had to repair everything. They stayed in touch with us through the entire repair process and even informed us that they would need an additional few hours to finish the job so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the work, and would recommend them. Our car is driving like it's brand new. Thanks Dustin and crew!”

“Exclusive Automotive catches what other mechanics don’t! I was looking for a mechanic for my mother’s recently purchase Lexus SUV and stopped by the shop on a whim (shop is in a nice residential neighborhood but easy to miss so call for the best directions).
Andrew came out and talked to me at length about his experience, my mother’s new vehicle and gave me some great tips about the model -I felt I should get the SUV looked over as a post-inspection before the purchase warranty expired. I left the Lexus with him and boy was Andrew thorough and timely! He found major undetected issues with the SUV that the dealer didn’t recognize or share! This likely saved her thousands of dollars and headaches down the road. Andrew really impressed me. He’s personable, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with luxury vehicles. I received great customer and auto service. I can’t recommend him and Exclusive Automotive enough!”

“I was able to quickly get a diagnosis and then go find the part needed to get my AC working. Was able to have my car fixed in less than 10 minutes after that (by a different place I was closer to at the time)
I only say the diagnostic was overpriced because the shop is went to prior only asked for half as much to let me know why my blower motor only partially worked.”
