“I had heavy work performed on my 2012 Cascadia yesterday at Major Mechanic LLC. The owner, Mike, is a solid and honest man. He and his Mechanics, Mr. Red, Mr. Strainer & Mike Jr. are not only hard working, but very knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers. In 13 years of OTR driving, I have never encountered good and thorough mechanics ever, and I can say with authority being ive had my truck worked on all over this country. Mike is extremely loyal to his customers, and actually cares about getting his customer back out on the road as fast as possible. The diagnosis of my differential problem was accurately identified and handled. I can not say enough to express my gratitude to Mike and his guys. “Phenomenal service. I was never aware that a transmission could be dyno tested before being sold. This service is what sold us on a rebuilt transmission. I normally have a close family member help with rebuilding, however it would of took an extra week to do so. This company had one on the shelf ready to shop/pickup. It made more sense economically to be able to keep towing and not have an extra week down time…. so we sent a driver down to pick it up, and had it installed the next day. WOW shifts perfect. I can actually get up and go, and it makes towing cars much more efficient. Thank you all and thank especially Karla.”

My car broke down tuesday on way home from work and I called about 10 places to see who could get my car in. Every place I called was over a week behind or did not have a tech. My insurance company stated they were close and could take my car there. They had my car for one day. Gave my up front prices, not pushing other things on me just what it would take to get my car back on the road. Friendly, efficient, knowedgeable and fast. I hightly recommend then.”
