“I was able to quickly get a diagnosis and then go find the part needed to get my AC working. Was able to have my car fixed in less than 10 minutes after that (by a different place I was closer to at the time) I only say the diagnostic was overpriced because the shop is went to prior only asked for half as much to let me know why my blower motor only partially worked.”

“I stopped by today knowing i had a slow leak in a tire. They offered to get me in but said it'd be a long wait. I declined - I had commitments - but they were amazing enough to fill the low tire and top off the other 3 since temps were cold. no charge. i ended up doing what i needed to do then coming to noblesville Best One to repair the tire. They squeezed me in. Best One is amazing. Tire issues are never convenient but they've pulled many an object out of my tires over the years. I'll never go anywhere else in the city for tires.”

“Newly returned to indy and needed a car place. My sister recommended- said they did good work and treated customers right. And I agree. They don't try to do work that you don't need. And they give fair pricing on the work that is needed. I'm happy and I've got a new car service place.”

“It’s extremely refreshing to have an auto repair shop right downtown, that you can Trust. We have been going to Downtowm Car Care for 5 years. They have great prices, they’re very quick to complete repairs and communicate everything up front. And there are Starburst candies in a bowl… If you need anything from a nail in a tire repaired for $20 or air conditioner recharged for $200 - they’re the place to go! Oil changes are inexpensive, major repairs are clearly explained, cost extensiveness and how long it will take. If it’s a simple trip you can wait in their waiting area or walk over to the Stutz Building for some Patachou. On top of it all, they treat you like friends. And they have Starburst.”

“My 1986 classic car was taken care of as if it was their own vehicle. They kept me fully informed of the repairs progress. The facility is clean & tidy & my car was covered while waiting for parts. The check out process was seamless & my car was spotless. They stand behind their work as I had a few issues after I picked it up & they were quick to have me bring it back & made the adjustments a priority. If I need to have repairs done in the future, Nick will take care of it. Excellent & caring service manager.”

“Exclusive Automotive catches what other mechanics don’t! I was looking for a mechanic for my mother’s recently purchase Lexus SUV and stopped by the shop on a whim (shop is in a nice residential neighborhood but easy to miss so call for the best directions). Andrew came out and talked to me at length about his experience, my mother’s new vehicle and gave me some great tips about the model -I felt I should get the SUV looked over as a post-inspection before the purchase warranty expired. I left the Lexus with him and boy was Andrew thorough and timely! He found major undetected issues with the SUV that the dealer didn’t recognize or share! This likely saved her thousands of dollars and headaches down the road. Andrew really impressed me. He’s personable, extremely knowledgeable and experienced with luxury vehicles. I received great customer and auto service. I can’t recommend him and Exclusive Automotive enough!”

They did a great job, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s hard to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers, but these guys definitely do. I would highly recommend Next Auto Service to anyone looking for reliable auto service. Definitely a 5-star experience!”

“They have a huge selection of vehicles suitable for mail delivery and reasonable prices and they worked with me and my insane schedule so I could get up there and test drive all the cars. I live 6.5 hrs away and work 70hrs/week so finding time to go was challenging and they opened up for me on 7/4 because that was my only day off. When I found my new car they held it for me while my loan finished processing then shipped my car promptly. I highly recommend this dealership!!! If you can get to TN go check them out.”

“Knowledgeable and cost of services are very fair. Gave me the lowdown on trans condition and changed fluid and filter back in 2020 or 21, i believe. They also adjusted it so it wouldn't shift as hard. So far so good! UPDATE: Transmission still going as of May 2025”

“Great service with helpful people. Was just driving though Indiana and my truck broken down at night not far away. Got the truck to their shop and wanted until they opened. They listened to my story and immediately made me a priority. Diagnosing the problem and telling me why it most likely happened. And because they understood I was in a bind they didn't charge for the services. And even helped loading the truck with the transporter the next day.”

“Stop shopping; this is the place you want to bring your car. Tom does quality work at a very fair price. Highly recommend. I brought my older (1999) car here knowing there were a few issues with it, and shortly after dropping it off Tom gave me a phone call and laid out my repair options. I was given quotes for fixing each individual problem, as well as for fixing everything together, and the prices were more than fair for both parts and labor. The real kicker was that Tom originally estimated it would take about a day and a half to get everything taken care of, which was reasonable for the tasks at hand. But a few hours later he called me to give an update, and told me he would have everything finished THE SAME DAY. Thank you, Tom! I'll definitely be coming back!”
