We came in for our 3 kids passport. It was by appointment. Wyatt helped us through the process. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and organized. It was a great experience.

It's a blast from the past! Nothing about this post office is different from the ones I experienced in the 1960s. Think about it. The postal workers are expected to do Passports which take for-ev-er AND deal with postal customers. They are always understaffed, their technology is from the 1990s, but yet they get the job...

Always at least 3 visible workers' yet only 1 teller. It took around 10 minutes to mail 1 item.
