About United States Postal Service

The United States Postal Service provides reliable and affordable mail and package delivery to every address. This local Post Office generally has a great, friendly, and helpful staff with usually short wait times. However, some reviews note that mail delivery has faced issues, with incorrect mail being delivered to addresses since a recent change. A few customers express a desire for the service to be more personable and customer-friendly, feeling that simple requests are not always met with willingness. The organization continues to manage many retail locations and works on innovating to improve customer experiences.
