Wyatt (Erp) helped us conquer the Wild Wild West that is the passport application process. From ensuring that our paperwork was properly and completely completed to giving good recommendations about things pertaining to our upcoming trip, he made the process seamless. He was professional, friendly and made the appointment go by quickly. Highly recommend.

Although I was not fully pleased with my passport photo, I admit that I cannot fully blame Wyatt, as I have high standards. 😂 He works hard at his job, and he made the passport process enjoyable with his easygoing manner.

Wyatt took our passport photos and guided us quickly through the process. He made me feel at ease, told me not to worry as he was taking care of us. He made me laugh a few times and I really needed that today! He is the nicest, most patient postal worker I have ever met! This will be my post office from now on and I live in another city WITH a post office!

We have lived in Franklin for 24 years and today we met Wyatt at The Franklin Post Office to renew our Passports. Wyatt is amazing. I just Loved him!!! He needed a break after me. He was so patient and such a sweet guy!!! Everyone Needs To Go See Wyatt!!! Thank You Wyatt So Much!!! You Are The Best!!!

My husband and I made an appointment at this post office to renew our passports and apply for them for our two young children. The process was painless, which is rare with a baby and toddler in tow. Wyatt is extremely good at his job- he got everything taken care of for us quickly and professionally. I will definitely return to this post office for future passport needs.

Very efficient! Finished before my estimated time. Welcoming service and friendly staff. Wyatt was such a nice guy and works hard too! Also my passport photo turned out great!
But please get some WD40 on that creaky door.
