My family stops here on our way in and out Doc appts at Parkview DeKalb, tests, well visits etc. They (not staff of course) would pump gas if he saw a Senior just asking a minor question or someone obviously temp disabled with a broken leg, arm or in a wheelchair. Of course convenience store prices are higher. It’s a convenience. The fuel is top quality and runs as well if not better than some local stations and is the same price as the other side of town. Frequent and obtain some good fuel pumping bonuses that aren’t around anymore. Their male staff need serious improvement.”

“A lot of these reviews are honestly misleading. I’ve been going here for two years and have had nothing but great and friendly customer service. PSA: There are public restrooms, Jeremy. As far as the voicemail system, there’s only one pharmacist at a time so leaving voicemails helps to not overload them with calls all at once and so they can focus on helping patients inside as well. They always call me within an hour to solve issues I have. If you have a controlled medication like a narcotic, you need to call the day of to get it filled, and give the pharmacy time to fill it. They have a lunch break from 1:30 to 2pm every day due to only one pharmacist at a time, so respect it so they can provide even better service for us. If you need your medication filled or want to know the status, always try to leave a voicemail before going to store to save a trip or check cvs app (and actually read what the message on app says). For insurance, always bring updated insurance inside at drop off because they know the right numbers to put in (so don’t call.) These are just some tips I have learned from being a patient here. Some people have a hard time understanding how it works, and blame the pharmacy instead of their own lack of wit.”

What I also appreciate is the variety of unscented or “safe” cleaning products for my sensitive skin. They carry the unscented store brand laundry soap that I.don’t find at other cvs’s nor the quality of product elsewhere either. I am very grateful for this store keeping it in stock and when I can’t find it on the shelf, they are eager to check the back stock and bring it out with a smile. I leave this store each time feeling helped, cared for, seen and important. The staff are always with joy and serving. That can be rare. I appreciate the cleanliness of this store as well and ease to find things.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
