“I'm recently new to the area, and all I can say is wow! This is one of the cleanest Dollar generals I have ever been in. I love shopping at Dollar general, but I will be continuing my purchases at the store. Well done on having everything clean and organized. The cashier was also very polite. Very impressed!”
“I bought two boxes of instant gross because of the sign on the shelf that promised a $2 off 2 savings with the digital coupon. I couldn't find the coupon in the app, so I took a picture of the same tag and showed it to the cashier as I was checking out. She didn't know why it wasn't in the app and called the manager over. Manager said if it's not in the app, there's nothing they can do. I asked if they could do a manual entry since they were advertising the discount. The manager begrudgingly lowered the item price as a price match and sent the cashier to pull the tag from the shelf. I stepped away to look at my receipt when the cashier returned with the tag and again commented how it was odd that I had purchased the right products during the listed sale dates and yet no coupon appeared. The manager commented, "Whatever makes her happy." Seriously? Why do I have to ask you to honor your own advertising?”
“Bought an Amazablaze corn stove from Matt. He was very helpful in explaining how the stove worked, burned, and what products to use with it. Would recommend him for this or any other services he offers, beat the competitions prices by over $200. Thanks Matt!”
“The manager and staff here are the most kind, friendly people I have encountered in a long time. During their busiest week they were helpful, unbothered by the chaos of being steady with the sales, still genuinely smiled. I seriously have gone here at least 5x in less than 2 weeks to shop, because the employees are kind! Ashley, went above and beyond, when she could to scan items because my app wasn’t working. She explained the rules and how things work, so people didn’t get upset. Definitely a breath of fresh air to have this little store with people with Beautiful hearts.”
