Would give a zero star if I could. The manager that works the mornings is very rude and disrespectful. Opened the doors on time. Started to help the first customer which needed windshield wipers, fine no big problem. I guess she did not know how to put them on and needed assistance. The manager walks away and goes outside to help the lady but does not say anything to the other three people that was standing in line. From 7:31am to 7:41am he was outside helping the lady and once he got back into the store, continued to do other things. Once I spoke up about the situation and told him there was a better way to go about helping people when you know you’re the only one working but have a long line. We proceeded to have a back and forth, which then he told me to get out the store.

Had a issue with a battery they fixed everything overnight! It was literally fixed with 10 hours. Definitely recommend for any issues.

Christopher B. at the Autozone on Grant St. in Gary, IN is very knowledgeable about the parts and his customer service is the best! He explained why merely starting a vehicle without driving it doesn’t help the battery in the long run. He also explained the difference between batteries so I could get the best option for my budget.
