Not these guys, they were so kind, treated me with respect, and even helped me fight with my insurance company when they were not helping me with rental situations. “We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.”

“Overall they did a good job with my bumper. It looks clean and new. In fixing the bumper they had to remove the tail light. When they re installed it back, it stopped working. They re-taped my wires in an attempt to fix but that didn’t work. I ended up needing to hire a mechanic to fix. My main issue was that they never called me to tell me about the issue. It was noted in my file but I was never informed. But overall good job on the bumper.”

“Haven’t seen an underglow review yet , so I decided to get one for my Integra , I 100% recommend .Took them about 3 hours , Carlos (I think that’s his name) is excellent, super friendly .I purchased my kit on Amazon and they installed it for me , mine were Bluetooth and he made sure for me to test them before I paid them .I work at a lube center so I did check under the body and all wires were hidden and was impressed on their amazing work .”

10/10 for customer service. Took my work truck in for tires (fleet vehicle) and had to shuffle my appointment around then ended up showing up early for the rescheduled appointment and Adam got me rite in. Tires and wiper blades in just over an hour.
