Super impressed with how helpful and efficient the staff was. Definitely recommend this branch. Desiree was an excellent help but my problem caused for more insight. The Manager Tremaine was knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly. I will be making this my go to branch !

The West Ridge Road location in Gary, Indiana has really disappointed me with customer service and they hardly ever answer the phone line. I was on hold and there was literally no customers inside, when I arrived, while still on hold. Outrageous! I sure do miss First Midwest ?

My purse was stolen with my bank card. I tried several times to call,that was no help. phone service sent me to VM several times then hung up on me. I'm not happy. This is not good service people my card was stolen and you need to know!
