“On Saturday, January 11, I had the pleasure of meeting Amy. She actually was covering at the Dyer Indiana branch and I needed to change some signatures on an account. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone at the bank that helped as much as Amy. She added me to the account, got me a debit card helped me set up the mobile app and then went through the mobile app. Thank you, Amy from the bottom of my heart you made this process seamless!”

“I was leery about switching banks and even though I had questions my switch went well. Dont expect any foreseeable problems as customer support is extremely helpful at solving any problems!! They also have atms inside my branch so you can skip the line if you don't want to wait. I think whomever came up with this idea should be given time off with pay for the marvelous idea!!
