“On Saturday, January 11, I had the pleasure of meeting Amy. She actually was covering at the Dyer Indiana branch and I needed to change some signatures on an account. I don’t think I’ve ever met someone at the bank that helped as much as Amy. She added me to the account, got me a debit card helped me set up the mobile app and then went through the mobile app. Thank you, Amy from the bottom of my heart you made this process seamless!”

The bank manager at the Glen Park (Melanie) branch gave me exceptional service. I needed help getting an insurance payment deposited directly into my checking account. She helped me with my forms and she faxed them in for me as well. She was so pleasant and patient with me. My anxiety soon left me, and I was so happy to have the task completed with her help. Five stars+ for Centiere Bank and their staff.”
