“I bought a 2023 service vehicle in Indy the end of January. A month later a put a scratch in it pulling away from the mailbox when the door of the mailbox opened. I had Lambert’s do an estimate and had the work done a couple weeks later. Concerned about matching the paint and all other possibilities I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. Not only was the body work to perfection but the detailed cleaning of the vehicle was a pleasant surprise. I was considering having the vehicle detailed because the dealership did not do a very good job of preparing it for sale after having been a service vehicle. “I have been to many Harley Davidson dealerships and they all ran pretty much the same way. Bensons is the model all others should aspire to be like. Actual price tags on the bikes!!! I called other dealerships and asked for an OTD quote and they wouldn’t give me a price. I contacted Bensons and talked with Claude and within 20 minutes I had a OTD price.
