“A decent organization, with some of the best prices on the market. I would especially like to mention the work of Stephanie Mattingly, a Customer Service Specialist. She is an excellent specialist that every company would like.”

“Absolutely wonderful customer service! Went to get some canning items and spoke to the sweetest man. He gave us all kinds of tips about making barbecue sauce. If you're reading this, we've got our tomatoes and onions on the smoker because of your recommendation. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and being so kind! You are truly a gem!!”

“Didn't know they could possibly keep my backpack blower for a month while under warranty during the fall when I needed it the most but, I know it will be fixed and I thought I posted this but, obviously I didn't. Got a call yesterday morning and it's ready to get picked up after a week and a half.???”

“I love The Home Depot. It is my go to place for all of my home projects. I've built, and over the years, have refurbished 2 decks on my house, top coated my asphalt driveway several times, and am currently remodeling the inside of the house, paint and new flooring. The Home Depot always has the items I need to complete the tasks. They also give a 10% discount on all of the items I purchase because I'm a veteran! It is very appreciated and it's a nice thing they do for the veterans. I also use their app. If there is an item that you can't find in the store or want to order it through the app, they have free delivery of the items. I recently ordered my flooring to be delivered. It came in 2 days and the delivery guys were great!”

“Really appreciate store manager Christopher Nalley getting me a refund on an incomplete online order. I was credited $74 immediately to my debit card (for the delivery fee plus an apology credit towards future use in the store.) Then he immediately sent out the missing part of my order to me and waived the delivery charge. I didn't think customer service like this exists anymore.”

“I want to give a greatful shout-out to Steve A for being so incredibly kind and patient with me after multiple other associates hadn't been able to help me locate the item I was searching for. I can find my way around the power tools; but apparently I require a map and a guide to locate household batteries. Steve A is awesome and deserves a raise.”
