The service department representative Chelsea was texting, calling and keeping me informed on everything as soon as there was any update. She is so friendly, professional and so quick to respond. “I came in to have my blower motor looked at thinking it was broken, they saw it was just debris and cleaned it out. They charged me appropriately for that service as well as for putting 2 tires on. I had to drop my car off in the morning before work and said I would have to call a ride and they said they would just take me to work up the road which was really nice. Super friendly, knowledgeable people and I feel like I got a great deal compared to what I would have paid somewhere else. Will be back & would recommend !”

They apply their elite skills to accurately diagnose the problem and go for the "cure." They even went beyond the extra mile to fabricate a superior part than the original part which was not obtainable. The overall hours spent on this project / visit far exceeded our earlier perceived estimates, so the bill would have been shockingly through the roof, but they adjusted everything to a mutually reasonable customer friendly as well as customer retention point, to bring everything to a highly satisfactory and successful closure, across the board, for both customer and service provider.”

“We were referred by my son Laish's friend Alex. His Uncle Leo owns the shop. I took my very old Buick into him bc of the very bad sound and smell of my car. Our old mechanic had closed up shop. Communication was very easy as I could leave a message or text. It took a little bit to finally get it done but there were a few things wrong with it too: ignition modules, ignition wires, spark plugs etc. I couldn't find the correct door at first to enter but upon entering Mr Leo and the guys welcomed me in, apologized for how long it took. Which was fine bc I had another car to drive at the time. I went into the office and sat and talked to Ms Cici for about 20 minutes bc she was so kind and friendly and we had so much in common. They do have such a wonderful family business there. Hourly labor price ranged about medium. But definitely not near what Dave's would charge! Very decently priced! Thanks again!”
