The Best Western Inn in Goshen is a small, older hotel appreciated for its exceptionally caring and friendly staff, who are described as amazing, courteous, and quick to address issues like noise complaints. Many guests found the rooms and amenities to be very clean, with the staff noted for going the extra mile. The complimentary breakfast meets expectations, and there is free coffee in the lobby. The location is convenient, with several nearby restaurants including a Mexican eatery and a Dairy Queen next door, though cell signal is poor and only Wi-Fi is available. However, the property is seen as dated and in need of renovation, with some rooms described as old, tiny, or having maintenance issues like a busted door lock. A few guests reported problems with stained linens, mildewed showers, and a musty smell. While considered a good value at lower prices, some feel it offers poor value when the nightly rate rises, citing its worn condition. Despite these inconsistencies in room quality, the outstanding service leads many to recommend it for a pleasant stay, especially for those passing through.
Everyone was really nice. They have dvds you can rent for free in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Cell service was spotty in our room though.

The room was, the breakfast was good, and the people were nice. The refrigerator was really loud and the hotel is right next to a train track that you can hear. Pretty small things since I was so tired I slept anyway.

Decent motel. Nice beds. Just average service, and average accommodations. Definitely not exceptional, but it's good if you're looking for cheaper motel room, and not concerned about all the perks. Does have good parking.
