“Bank staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint is the removal of teller stations for the Orbi machines. Everytime I come into my branch there is a line of people waiting for the one available teller while those Orbi machines collect dust. I can honestly say I have never seen anyone use them. A poor management decision and a terrible waste of money.”
