Karen was extremely helpful. I had decided to move into a smaller unit and she was able to make it happen within minutes. I'm very glad that she just happened to be there. If I could give more stars I would just for her customer service.

Our first time in 15+ years renting a storage area, not only was it the cheapest in the area, but very clean and easy to set up. No hassle what so ever very simple..Thanks Ko
