“Last night at the end of my kid’s practice I found out my battery had died and after getting a jump in the parking lot was told I needed a new one ASAP and it more than likely wouldn’t start in the morning. I immediately drove here and arrived at 9:55, five minutes before they closed. The man behind the counter, Keith, helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me right then even though he was probably tired and ready to go home after working all day, but instead he helped me out while still being friendly and polite. “Want to give a huge shout out to the crew at this location. I was down at the medical facility across the street from them when my alternator went out and my battery died and they walked across the street to diagnose my problem. They took my battery out and put it on their charger for an hour to see if that was my problem. It was not but the charge was enough to get me back to Michigan only 20 minutes from home so my husband could help me. They DID NOT charge me for helping me or charging my battery. They made no money off of me but helped me anyways. Thank very much for helping a stranded lady get back home.”
