I went Monday at 10:15 and walked up and down the rows of men’s boots with 2 female employees clearly seeing me searching for boots but never bothered to ask me if I needed any help finding what I was looking for. I finally asked 1 of them and she was snotty and not the bit interested in helping me.
I walked out and plan on never returning.
I was shocked at their attitudes.

Rachel noticed we were looking around and walked up to us asking if we needed help. We told her what we were looking for and she helped my daughter know what the right size boot should feel like. She even showed her where it may feel tighter and explained that is the right fit. We really enjoyed our first time visit because of her and will absolutely be returning. There are so many grumpy people in the world or people that are too busy to be bothered but she took the time to help us. She gave us undivided attention and made us feel like we matter. She was also extremely knowledgeable of every product in the store.
She definitely deserves the biggest shout out ever!

I was in the store witch I'm in there all the time. I was looking for a pair of Carolina logging boots the young man asked if I needed help. I asked if the sizes were together he said you'll have to look for it on top shelf ok can't reach them ask to maybe get a stool nope stand there with his hands in his pockets watching Me look for it so I put the boot down a walked out . Guess he wanted a paycheck but didn't want to work for
