The employees at the Fir Road location of Communitywide Federal Credit Union are always friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. They make members feel comfortable. Staff members consistently go above and beyond with their service, accommodating needs and answering all questions. They are easy to work with, patient, and kind even when busy. This excellent service is the reason many members stay with the credit union for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Overall, it is considered the best branch, with amazing staff who earn strong recommendations.

I had an appointment with Rhonda to help me with questions about my RMD form. She was very kind and helped me with every question and even assisted me with filling the form on line instead of hand writing it. She was very knowledgeable. She is a great asset to Community Wide Credit Union.
