“Awesome shower, beds are large and very comfortable , breakfast was better than average.
Staff was almost overly helpful but were very friendly and accommodating .
I will absolutely stay here again.

“It was very clean and friendly place. It offered free breakfast with plenty of food choices. On-site bar and Starbucks. It also had a small store with Notre Dame appeal. The best is free parking. Also there were free shuttle service. Look they had the hotel decorated for the game.”

“This was my first visit to South Bend. My sister-in-law graduated from Notre Dame and she's stayed before. The location is excellent, across from the campus. We walked everywhere.cthr suite was spacious and the five of us were quite comfortable”

“Easy in and easy out. Clean rooms and facility. Greeted by attendant. Room was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Breakfast is okay; nothing out of this world but sufficient. Meat and eggs, breads, blueberry muffins, yogurts, apples, waffles, coffee, and juices. Would stay here again.”

“We stayed here one night this week, after having spent 5 days of the previous week at the Spark by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Wingate by Wyndham, Home 2 Suites, and Hampton Inn in 4 different states. These were all nice enough, but this hotel had, by far, the best, most comfortable bed. I don't understand why hotels are opting for mush mattresses without any support whatsoever, but this is not the case at this hotel. Clean, quiet, and a good night's rest await you here.”

“Wonderful customer experience. Andrew at the front desk was great. The towels were exceptionally soft. I loved that the TV in the room had my name and welcome message on it. That was a nice touch! My shower had water stains in it and that was kind of surprising. And the USB outlets next to the bed didn’t work and that was kind of disappointing. Great location and I’m glad that Niles had a Hampton Inn.”

“I’ve been building a vacation cabin nearby for the last year or so and have been staying here frequently as I make progress. I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel or its staff. They are without fail, all of them incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and common area are clean and modern looking. The fireplace was utilized frequently by myself and my companions in the evenings, as well as early mornings when I would arrive at the lobby as early as 4 AM to work so as not to bother my girlfriend. Every morning I was greeted with a cheerful “good morning, Mr. Van Dorn!” from the overnight lady. Extra special shout out to Braden who did his best to make sure bourbon was stocked for me at the bar, and Dear Liza who never fails to have a huge smile on her face as she greets you. I’m really looking forward to completing my vacation cabin, but it will almost be a loss knowing my stays at the Hilton Garden Inn will come to a close.”

“My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Niles was the best experience I've had at a Choice Hotels location, and I stay around 35 nights per year with various Choice hotels around the country.
Front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and they loved giving my dog treats and pets when we passed through the lobby. My room was clean, and well maintained - there were no issues with equipment or fixtures. Even though the region was receiving significant snowfall, the parking lot was well maintained.
The hotel is located in a quiet area which felt very safe. Although not exceptionally walkable, it's a short drive to either downtown Niles or South Bend and convenient to highways. I did not use the pool, or laundry during my stay. Breakfast was typical for Choice - pretty basic, but coffee was hot and readily available.
Thank you to property staff, environmental services and management! I would absolutely book here again.”

The front desk staff are always happy to help and a pleasure to be around. Katrina, Shakar, Phoebe, Connor, and Bo were nice to talk with.
Housekeeping does a wonderful job with the rooms. I especially enjoyed Silvia, who always smiled and waved at me when we crossed paths. ☺️
The engineer Paul and maintenance staff provided quick troubleshooting and were able to easily replace my microwave. ?
The manager is a very nice person, very capable of running a smoothly operated hotel through busy events like local college events. And she is a fashion icon. ?
The location is located in the city, but the surrounding area has lots of green areas for dogs, ? including a more secluded greenery away from the cars.
The building is pretty good. I really enjoyed the side patio with overhead heaters, and the shrub wall, which has lovely local finches in the early morning. The pool area was another nice area to warm up. There is a water bottle refill fountain which I appreciate.
The wash and dryer are priced well, around $1 each.
The lobby has a cozy side with a tv, couches, and a small desk where I enjoyed working on my laptop. ?
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to everyone at Home2Suites Mishawaka who helped me and my boyfriend have an enjoyable stay ?”

“Very happy with our stay. Room comfortably accommodated my family of four and two dogs. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. The manager quickly addressed a mistake I made during booking and got it squared away for me.
Kids enjoyed the pool and there was ample space to walk the dogs. I would happily recommend this Comfort Suites hotel.”

“The hotel has a great location, with many chain restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient. Our room was clean and tidy, and overall, it offered good value for the money. The only downside was the lack of clear information about the pool. We couldn’t get a proper answer about its availability, so we ended up skipping it.”

“Andy who handles the phones is top-notch - the best of the best for hotelier and on-site contact. This Baymont/Wyndham is run efficiently, cleaned daily; from the rooms they empty trash, replace towels, ask if anything is needed; The floors, foyer, hall, dining room are daily cleaned. The team is exemplary in their professionalism, cheerfulness, and helpful attitude. Huge snow storm and the parking lot, sidewalks, front walk were plowed, shoveled, salted immediately. If you're looking for a bargain and a great, safe place to lay your head. God bless this hard-working family team!”
“I have stayed here on and off over the last few years and I will always come back. The manager has been there for 9 yrs and cares about this hotel and it's guests. The pool is warm and very clean as the rooms are. The breakfast is good and the dining room is clean. Any issues I've every had has been handled quickly and efficiently.”
