“Stopped at this Best Western on my way to Tennessee! The hotel was perfect! The rooms were clean! No funny smell and if they did allow pets I couldn’t tell! Staff was easy to deal with and the manager seems to know a lot of ppl staying there!
The breakfast was great! They had cereal , muffins, fruit, bagels, English muffins! The biscuit and gravy must be a popular breakfast item at the best Western because everyone was eating it! I just don’t eat Pork!”

Highly recommended; there are absolutely no complaints regarding the quality, comfort, or amenities provided here.”
“First time to this south bend area for work and it was pleasant staying to this hotel, not only quite but also friendly staff who always eager to help your need to make sure your stay are comfortable.
So many restaurants are nearby and hotel is located on highway 80/ 90 exit.”
“I stayed on site and also utilized the meeting rooms during my stay. Every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and seemed very happy to be at work! Jessica helped with setting up the meeting rooms and she was on site and very helpful from start to finish. The front desk staff was very accommodating to our unique needs for the meeting spaces. Myself and all the people that attended the event felt very welcome. Very clean rooms and all around wonderful experience.”

“Fantastic stay. The rooms were surprisingly awesome for the price, and clean and nice. Walls were a little thin so could hear all the neighbors, but beyond that it was a fantastic stay. The whole hotel was in a nice condition. The side door lock was broken so that was cause for a little nervousness. The location is a little odd and went thru some sketchy areas to get there, but it was nice and safe. Super close to the highway. Would stay again. 10 out of 10. The bed was outstanding as well.”

“I’ve been building a vacation cabin nearby for the last year or so and have been staying here frequently as I make progress. I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel or its staff. They are without fail, all of them incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms and common area are clean and modern looking. The fireplace was utilized frequently by myself and my companions in the evenings, as well as early mornings when I would arrive at the lobby as early as 4 AM to work so as not to bother my girlfriend. Every morning I was greeted with a cheerful “good morning, Mr. Van Dorn!” from the overnight lady. Extra special shout out to Braden who did his best to make sure bourbon was stocked for me at the bar, and Dear Liza who never fails to have a huge smile on her face as she greets you. I’m really looking forward to completing my vacation cabin, but it will almost be a loss knowing my stays at the Hilton Garden Inn will come to a close.”

“The hotel has a great location, with many chain restaurants nearby, which made dining convenient. Our room was clean and tidy, and overall, it offered good value for the money. The only downside was the lack of clear information about the pool. We couldn’t get a proper answer about its availability, so we ended up skipping it.”
“Great hotel. Have rented from them a couple of times when we visit Elkhart and have always received great service. Breakfast is always a plus. The only odd thing is driving around their parking lot is confusing.”
“I have stayed here on and off over the last few years and I will always come back. The manager has been there for 9 yrs and cares about this hotel and it's guests. The pool is warm and very clean as the rooms are. The breakfast is good and the dining room is clean. Any issues I've every had has been handled quickly and efficiently.”
“We always enjoy staying at this location. We just sneak away here for mini vacations. The rooms have always been clean, well stocked and it's usually generally very quiet. Located close to many restaurants, grocery stores and it's still quiet. Traffic can be a bit of a pain but that's not their fault. The owner is often seen in the mornings, checking on people and he is very friendly. We love staying here. Our room smelled very nice as well. It's not luxury, it's comfortable, clean and I DO NOT worry about bugs here! Those are my most important factors. Plus, the owner is very respectful and the rooms are always decent priced.”

Staff was almost overly helpful but were very friendly and accommodating .
