“I first flew out to Ashley Rene’s back in 2020 and have been hooked ever since. Their in person store experience is beautiful and they have a stellar collection of gowns. For the past six years, I have continued to shop from AR and the magic is still there! Earrings, shoes, gowns, they have continued to make my dress dreams come true. They are incredibly responsive online, go above and beyond (my newest gown had to be special ordered) and have made sure problems would never arise. When a gown came to me from a designer with the wrong color, they immediately sent me a replacement before my pageant. In all the dress stores over the country, Ashley Rene’s is the only dress store for me.”

Even though they don't really carry prom dresses in stock anymore, Cindy and Lara were such wonderful helpers, bringing out so many dresses for my daughter to try on. Though not everything is my style The store is curated in such a beautiful way, but it’s just a wonderful environment to be shopping in. Every item is picked with care and every item is also so unique as well, I constantly get questions on my pants and my coats and every time I do, it happens to be something from Luxe. The owner, though I’m not in there frequently, always remembers who I am and always encourages me to push boundaries on what I would wear. It’s not just clothes either the jewelry series or something I have not been able to find anywhere else. I go in there every time with Faith that everything has been selected with care and artistry.”

“I have to admit I’ve never been to the store because I’ve read all the reviews and avoided it. I thought I would give it a try the other day First I love their product and the diversity of their clothes. I also want to say that their customer service was fabulous. They started me a dressing room and asked what assistance I could use. As I walked the store and I had stuff in my hand, they went above and beyond, and added that to my dressing room seeing my arms were getting heavy. The only challenge I think that I saw in the store was that their blouses were $69 just as much as their average dress. I loved everything that they had on display. But the price difference between tops and a full dress was the same. I would not mark them down on rating for that, I just hope that they would change that in the future. I would recommend the store going forward and can’t wait to go back.”

“Great place to really get into the holiday spirit. The selection was huge, just like anywhere else though, the early bird gets the hot ticket items.. but procrastination is never a good quality.”
