“My boyfriend and I had a very large package that we were pulling out of our car... In the background I could hear someone saying I'm coming I'm coming and I could hear the sound of wheels. I turn around and it is a UPS employee who saw us taking this heavy item out of the car and he was running to greet us with a cart. Keep in mind it is a very hot muggy day today and even though we might not have looked as if we were struggling... We were lol this gentleman who I learned is named Sirag helped load this item onto the cart and into the store with no problems... He was energetic, smiling, and extremely helpful. I have used this location many many times and this particular gentleman has always been outstanding but today he literally went above and beyond and I want to make sure he is recognized as being a huge asset to this location and this company.
