“I went to the one by Target off Main st, Mishawalka and I was unsure how to fax a paper and the lady ay the register showed me where to go and quickly went through it, there was a line at the register so she asked another employee to help me out, very friendly and not once did they make me feel stupid, she walked me through step by step.. thank you I appreciate both of you lady's..”

“I like to joke with our staff at Notre Dame that Luis and Anne from Fedex are part of our team. They have done countless projects for us from graphics updates and sign packages to promotional material and handouts. We wouldn't be able to do everything we do without our friends at Fedex!”
“Keelie was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything I needed. To make all g story short, I live overseas and was having difficulty finding a car seat I need before I have my baby. I shipped it to my parents house and had hoped to ship it to my address overseas.
Well, the cost for that did not work out. BUT Keelie had helped me ensure I did not lose out on the funds I had spent. Filed my return claim in the store, and she was able to take the item right then and there for shipping, no hassle.
Absolutely best customer service I have received in a long time. An experience like that at my military post office would have easily taken over two hours. She had me in and out in 15mins.”

“Took a package in there on Sunday and the girl working behind the counter saw me get out and get my Walker. She was kind enough to come and opened the door for me and took care of me very promptly. She also opened the door for me on my way out. I hope she sees this because I want her to know her kindness was very much appreciated. It was Sunday June 29th around 2:30. Customer service like that goes a long long way for someone who's disabled like me.”

Also, Stephanie was so fast and helpful with getting us set up, as a new carrier to contract with!
