Something wrong with ATM getting charges after using it last month.

I had the greatest experience here than I ever have at a bank before. The customer service was really well. Greeted soon as I walked in with a smile, my account got overdraft by 300$ by my finance company and vyktoria helped me with that and suggested what I should do and now my account is back where it should be.

This Branch does not pick up their phone when you call them at 4:20 PM, 12/03/24. What is up with that, PNC bank? Please get back to me as I am a customer and am concerned how you are doing as a bank And why you did not pick up your phone. Thank you for your help in this matter.
