“Best post office around besides Mishawaka (maybe). Always polite, great service - only downside is the hours of operation, but you can’t hold it against them that nobody wants to work!”

“I use the Notre Dame Postal Service as my preferred postal site. I often mail packages and the staff has always been helpful with suggestions on size and rates. I feel that they take time to give assistance whenever needed. I also like choosing commemorative stamps.”
“I absolutely LOVE this post office and the amazing women who work here.
First, Rosemary aka “Ms. Pearl.” We call each other Ms. Pearl because we both wear pearls, and she is truly one of the sweetest people you could meet. She’s down to earth, compassionate, professional, and always treats people with kindness and respect.
Keli is also an absolute sweetheart. She is always willing to help, goes the extra mile, and genuinely cares about the customers she serves.
And Tanika has been there for years, and every interaction with her has been pleasant. She’s courteous, patient, helpful, and always willing to offer great advice when needed.
The attitudes and customer service at this location are top tier.
Now let’s be honest people expect to run into the post office and get right back out, but these employees are handling mail, packages, long lines, and multiple personalities every single day. Sometimes there’s only one person working, yet they still move as fast as they can while remaining professional and patient. That deserves recognition.
I truly appreciate all of them and the service they provide. I actually drive almost 20 minutes across town just to come to this location now because over the years, I built a personal connection with them while conducting business here regularly.
That says a lot.
Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience, and professionalism. I will continue mailing my packages from this location because great customer service like this is hard to find.”
“Y'all be kind to your postal workers now, they work hard to provide us an essential service while constantly dealing with cuts to their funding and staffing. I needed help with some important documentation and they were right on it!”
“Oscar personality brightened up our experience with getting a passport for my daughter. We didn’t have an appointment and he kept us up to date on possible cancellations so he could work us in. Oscar was friendly and had a great sense of humor.”
“I've honestly had nothing but good experiences here. I wish the lobby stayed open a little later, but I can hardly hold that against the front-facing employees.”
“I have never had an issue with this location. The ladies that run the front desk are always super helpful. Even seeming like they are short staffed only having one open window out of like 4 or 5 I have never had to wait longer that 7-10 minutes and that time there was 5 people in front of me in line. And even after having to deal with all those people a few of which were just downright impolite and overall nasty to deal with the ladies always seem to be very pleasant with and at least have a smile for part of my interaction with them. The only complaint I have is about the parking lot. The way the spaces at angled it can be a pain to back out and see if something is coming into the from behind you. I have also seen numerous people screw up the exit only and enter thru there causing backups. But that’s more on the driver than the post office.”

“Great experience here. Barbara was kind, knowledgeable and helpful, even her voice was joyful! The lobby was clean and comfortable and I was in and out in no time at all.”
“I had a wonderful experience with the staff. I came in for a walk-in passport appointment only to find out. They did not have those hours anymore and they graciously helped me anyway. They didn’t have to do that and I am very, very thankful.”
