“Roxy was great during both encounters I had with her. My only complaint was the call center failed to mention to me that the unit I rented had a normal sized door, not a garage overhead style door. It made fitting my inlaws furnishings very difficult. Something I never thought to ask but will remember to do in the future if I need a storage unit.”
