“I have used Arc numerous times over the last 4 years and their team is great! I often work with Robin in the office and she is always on top of our projects. Their printing and signage services have always been exactly what I have asked for and I have received it quickly.”
“Artcraft did a great job printing copies of my 28 page music book. Tom put in extra time and effort to make things work. The larger print shops would not take on this small job at any reasonable cost so I am glad and grateful to Artcraft Printers on Michigan Street in South Bend.”
“We had trouble with a solar light we purchased from them and they took care of it and put smiles on my wife and my faces. Thank a Million. Remember “ Buy Local””
“Sign of the Times are the best!!! I will never go anywhere else for a sign. I went in there this morning at 8am asking to have a custom yard sign made by this Thursday. They had the sign made in 4 hours and just had me come pick it up!!! WOW!!! Impressed is an understatement and the sign is beautiful!! They did an excellent job!!”
“I like to joke with our staff at Notre Dame that Luis and Anne from Fedex are part of our team. They have done countless projects for us from graphics updates and sign packages to promotional material and handouts. We wouldn't be able to do everything we do without our friends at Fedex!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So grateful for Allegra! They were very thorough in offering different sizing and options. In addition, they were extremely quick at getting our logo completed and placed exactly where we wanted it on a short notice. We LOVE the finished product! Thank you, Chet and Greg!”
“Keelie was absolutely amazing and helped me with everything I needed. To make all g story short, I live overseas and was having difficulty finding a car seat I need before I have my baby. I shipped it to my parents house and had hoped to ship it to my address overseas.
Well, the cost for that did not work out. BUT Keelie had helped me ensure I did not lose out on the funds I had spent. Filed my return claim in the store, and she was able to take the item right then and there for shipping, no hassle.
Absolutely best customer service I have received in a long time. An experience like that at my military post office would have easily taken over two hours. She had me in and out in 15mins.”
“Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful! Today, Jose was especially helpful in getting a huge box into our car. They are also very patient when you don’t know what you’re doing!”
“I work for Leer Group and when we moved to a new building I called three companies to quote a sign for the exterior. Ken was the only guy to call me back. The rest I had to call again. Ken came out rather quickly, got me a great quote, worked with me on a design, got me some samples of the back lighting and communicated well. He even did all the nitty gritty to figure out the permits, work through details with the landlord, etc. Ken was very patient with us and yet made sure to push us along when prices were about to go up due to tariffs. We love our sign! Check it out at 3701 S Main Street, Suite 400, Elkhart, IN”
