“First let me start by saying thank you to Dylan! He was extremely patient with us through this process, we were a bit complicated because of our income versus credit situation. He was patient understanding and worked with us to ensure approval would go through, even gave us advice on how to do one of the verification steps when we didn’t have what was needed. When they say any credit situation including bad credit, they mean it! Everywhere we have been turned away or needed what felt like 70% down. We started contact on Wednesday, did everything online/through text so saved us a trip back and forth, and was able to come in and drove home on Saturday in a very nice SMOOTH RUNNING Kia, perfect for little ole me. I don’t usually leave reviews for dealerships so soon, but I am beyond confident that we have a good vehicle and confident enough to make the review. My mechanic inspected it and said we got a steal. Starts with no delay, very quiet, smooth on high speeds no rough shifting no transmission slips. And for a 2012 the features feel like I’m in a 2015 at LEAST. Thank you so much Dylan, I would recommend anybody to take the chance at Quick Auto in south bend. Don’t be afraid of your credit. For me it wasn’t just the nice car we left with, but the overall patience and kindness of Dylan working with us to ensure we were set to go. A million stars :)”

The front desk lady tried to stop me from getting a courtesy vehicle promised by the financial guy. I didn't like that. I thought it was rude of her and she had no business trying to persuade a paying customer away from a courtesy vehicle promised by the financial guy. Our business had nothing to do with her. They promised a special thank you if we advertised for 90 days and they honored it. I 100% recommend doing business with them.”
