“First let me start by saying thank you to Dylan! He was extremely patient with us through this process, we were a bit complicated because of our income versus credit situation. He was patient understanding and worked with us to ensure approval would go through, even gave us advice on how to do one of the verification steps when we didn’t have what was needed. When they say any credit situation including bad credit, they mean it! Everywhere we have been turned away or needed what felt like 70% down. We started contact on Wednesday, did everything online/through text so saved us a trip back and forth, and was able to come in and drove home on Saturday in a very nice SMOOTH RUNNING Kia, perfect for little ole me. I don’t usually leave reviews for dealerships so soon, but I am beyond confident that we have a good vehicle and confident enough to make the review. My mechanic inspected it and said we got a steal. Starts with no delay, very quiet, smooth on high speeds no rough shifting no transmission slips. And for a 2012 the features feel like I’m in a 2015 at LEAST. Thank you so much Dylan, I would recommend anybody to take the chance at Quick Auto in south bend. Don’t be afraid of your credit. “I recently bought a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Austin. Communication was excellent and Austin was very easy to deal with. I came from 2 hours away during the week to test drive it. I put money down on the vehicle and agreed to purchase it and pick up the following Saturday. This is not your typical car salesman experience. Austin and Max, the mechanic care about people and their experience with the vehicle after you leave there. They proved it to me thru my experience, and they are extremely trustworthy and just trying to do the right thing when it comes to car sales. This is extremely rare and hard to find in the car world. I had an issue shortly after picking up the vehicle and Austin was on it right away. I felt like it might have corrected itself, so I continued home only to find out I still had an issue. Austin gave me a few options on what I can do with his help. I decided to make a trip back out to him to get the problem corrected. Austin and Max went above and beyond to fix my issue, and I could not be more pleased with my experience and my purchase. 2 young guys doing it right going thru these vehicles with a fine-tooth comb making sure you get a good vehicle. They did things to this Jeep that they easily could have got away without doing. That is not their style and when my issue came up that day, they stood behind their work and fixed it. I hope to buy another car from Austin and Max someday and will certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.”
