“I bought a sofa sectional this morning and the Costco staff could not have been more helpful when I discovered that the trailer I brought was far too small. They loaded and unloaded twice, then took the boxes into the back while I went to rent a truck. Then they loaded again—-all with smiles and helpful tips. So Costco—-well done on the hiring, but WHY no delivery option? Surely there must be lots of guys with trucks who could be contracted to do deliveries? But I love my Granger Costco.”

“I love Costco and that hasn't changed over the years. My only complaint is this has to be one of the busiest Costco's I've been to and it gets busier everytime I go on any given day. I'd love to see another one open perhaps towards Middlebury to spread people out. It is less enjoyable than before with carts bumping into each other and tight aisles. I go less often now because of the experience.”
