Waited in the store for over a hour before getting waited on. Your service is getting worse and your prices just keep going up. I have been a customer since 1996 and I think it might be time for a change , cause I don't believe AT&T cares about there customers anymore.

I was greeted immediately. Helped immediately. Everything was solved fast and friendly yet professional at the same time. Probably the best AT&T store I have ever visited. If I have any more problems or need anything else I will wait until I am in Greencastle again.

The people are rude and when they break your phone they don’t help to fix it. This place is trash and they can’t put on a screen protector with out bubble or it being way off. I have tot take my phone some where else to fix it.
