Cheyanne was super helpful, even with me being a Visible Customer. Most places would turn me away. But not Cheyanne. She helped me sign into my account and get my phone up and running again.

Timmy helped us upgrade to a phone plan with 3 new phones - two coming from different carrier. He patiently answered all our questions and made sure all our phones were fully operational! We had EXCELLENT customer service!! He ahould be commended for a job VERY WELL done!
