“Praise for Holly, Nick and the crew at Hutch’s. Visiting family in Greencastle over Christmas I drove my Honda CR-Z from California and knocked off a side panel on the way. The clips on the part were too damaged to reattach properly and there was not time to wait for a new part but I really did not want to drive home with part of my car missing. They made do nicely with the circumstance and found a fix that would work safely and securely until I could order a new part. The staff was super kind to me and my dog and got us back on the road. Clear to see from other work in progress that they do very nice body work and they were kind and knowledgable. Thank you Hutch’s!”

“I came in with a fuzzy whiff of a remanufactured part spec. discrepancy that A.I. cooked up for me potentially giving me the evasive solution to my car troubles and Corinne (apologies if mispelled) didn't blink an eye. She stopped what she was doing and immediately went into deep dive mode to help me sort out what supercomputers couldn't. After polling all of her coworkers and thoroughly probing the internet she took my information and promised to continue digging and see what she could figure out. This is above and beyond anything I would have normally expected but honestly it seems to be not only the norm for Corinne but from every one else I have talked to there. From the pitman arm pity party, where one of the Managers there helped me achieve the impossible, to the I believe store manager who should honest to God be credited for most of the the things I have been able to fix since I've been here. Corinne did in fact follow up that night offering a generous solution that will make the difference if the theory holds water. A thank you doesn't seem adequate for the work you guys do and the patience you have with every YouTube mechanic like me who bothers you constantly.
