Went in for a part, they didnt have it in stock but offered to order it from another location for delivery the same day. I was told it would be at their store in about 3 hrs. They called in 2.5 hrs that it was delivered. I am very impressed with the customer service and will definitely be my place to go first for any vehicle... read full comment

I like NAPA quality more than those other guys store brands, and I will pay a few dollars more for it. They offer a 10% veterans discount. Something to be aware of, each store is independently owned, so I'm told, and will not accept a return from a different store.

Asked about a part for a tool. Waited 15 minutes or so, finally got a answer of well I'm not showing anything in the "book" and hung up on me. Lost this customer.
