Upon entering a store you usually hear "Welcome to...." Or "Hello" letting the customer know you acknowledge them but obviously I didn't get that. I just wanted to see about Wi-Fi / metronet. There was already a customer being helped. She called customer service and they wanted to speak to the customer, while customer service and the customer were talking she could have helped us or at least said I'll be with you when I can let me finish helping this customer or anything but she did not she totally ignored us and didn't care that we walked in. I definitely won't be spending money here or doing any type of business with these kind of people. I'm not even from here and the more people I meet the more I just want to stay in the house

AJ got everything I needed & fixed everything up for my fiancé & I so quickly. He’s absolutely amazing at his work & I’ll say this I won’t ever deal with anybody but him. He takes pride in his work & making sure his customers are completely satisfied! I will upload photos once I receive my newest phone.

We always have a great experience working with Allen Syx. Ask for him he will help you out. Clean store, great staff. We drive 40 mins to come to this this Verizon store to talk to Allen. I recommend this Verizon store over them all.
