“I called this morning as soon as they opened at 8am and was able to get someone to my house by 12:20pm and they were finished by 1pm. Between my pleasant phone call and the service from the gentleman working on my car, my overall experience was wonderful. Not to mention the cost difference. Safelite was going to cost 3 times the amount that it cost for Glass Pro. If you are needing a windshield replaced I definitely recommend Glass Pro.”

Harley said they were booked up but took a look at our car and said he would get us right in because we should not be driving our car. “Hit a deer and even though Ashcraft's wasn't listed as one of my insurance providers for autobody repair, I asked to use them instead of the one's they gave me. They were fine with me going to them. Great people to work with. Very happy with my vehicle after it was finished. Will use them in future if I ever need them again, hoping not but glad to know that they are there, if needed.”

“We’ve used plenty of repair shops in the area. After buying our car used for a pretty penny from an auto dealership, we were pouring thousands into it per their warranty. Diagnostic alone was $150. This time we assumed we needed a new starter and decided to lose our warranty and took our vehicle to steeles. Not only did they get us in quickly on a Saturday, but found the problem even quicker. Didn’t try to upsell us or find a million other things wrong. They fixed what they could, did the research for us for the part they know we needed. And had us back on the road before noon, for a fraction of the cost. If that’s not service, idk what is. So thankful my neighbor recommended them. Will continue to do the same.”

“I took my car in for body repair and they had it done in the time he said said,in fact a little sooner. The paint matches the rest of the car and you can’t tell my car was wrecked. I paid cash and did not turn this in on insurance. I think they did a great job and it was a little pricey, but it was worth it, and in line with other quotes. Everything is pricey nowadays! Overall I was very happy with the job so hopefully I will never have to go back, but I know where to go if I ever need work again,, God forbid! Overall I would say that they were fast, friendly and reliable.”
