“I had gone to Frank for years and fortunately hadn't needed any repairs. I returned to DiPuccio's (Extra Mile Auto) with electrical issues that had eaten 4 batteries in 6 months, and initially, Josh installed a new correct battery hoping that was the issue. It wasn't. Next he ran every possible test, finally identifying the solenoid in the starter was draining the battery, while it sat. He installed a new starter. Good as new! I can't imagine what Dodge would have charged me but, Josh was diligent and extremely more than fair with the labor and starter price. Won't go anywhere else! Thank you!!”
“My husband and I’ve been going there for more than 40 years. My husband‘s gone now, but I am still going there and they take care of me as if part of the family. I don’t hesitate to take my car there for any little infraction just to be assured. It’s not broken , they tell you. If it is broken, but doesn’t have to be fixed and will last you for quite a while without being fixed they will tell you. If there’s a cheaper way to fix it than get a new one. They also tell you that. No one else is allowed to touch my car.”
