“Excellent Customer Service!!! Scotty, Lindsay, and Team are amazing. Recently had an issue with an automatic payment that keeps hitting on different schedule. They were polite and understanding helped me reverse one payment and reschedule another draft fee. I’ve banked with several different banks over the years. Fifth Third is Hands down the Best Bank Ever, and a good one at any rate but the team at the Greenfield Branch take it to Next Level Service. A++++ You Are Appreciated”
“Angie was so nice she got me up and running with my business debit card and online banking that I forgot my user name in our personal account . I went to the branch that I’ve been going to for a long time in Noblesville I live in Pendleton I would drive for the right person , and all that being said the women Katie does not work at the branch and when I made an appointment I thought I was seeing her no one told me that she left until I asked and the appointment was already made so I went with it but never again going back to the Noblesville unless Katie comes back , grant is the new business banker he did not get my debit card working and I didn’t have time to go back that made 2 times I went back and still didn’t fixed anything , For now on I’m going to greenfield with all my needs. Angie is the one to see if you need any help I’m so happy she’s so nice . Thank you Angie!”
