“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”

“My wife is a customer, but I was "under the weather" and personally needed an emergency favor. I called this branch on the phone, fully expecting to be told my request could not be fulfilled, as I needed to have collected funds physically deposited to my account across town immediately. I had been told by two other banks in Indiana it could not be done electronically. When I asked for an officer of the bank and got Rich (?) on the line, he offered to not only retrieve the funds I needed from My wife's account (with her permission), but then he offered, without me even asking, to personally, physically deliver the funds to my business bank across town, saving me having to leave my home. I have been in business for over 50 years, but cannot ever remember an Indiana bank ever going to bat for me in an emergency like that. Needless to say, I'm planning on moving some accounts here.
