“We used this location for a short term storage of our personal items. The office staff was extremely helpful and easy to reach. I actually completed my application and did everything via phone, on my first call. I also knew what we needed and didn’t need to look at the space.Very clean parking lots and entry way. We always felt safe and secure while there. We had some nasty rain during the times we used the units, but our items remained clean and dry!We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing long term or short term rentals. Easy to pay your monthly bill, I used auto pay and didn’t have to think about it.”

“I Love this U-Store-It place. They have a great variety of different size units and they are all priced reasonable. The units are not flush with the ground so there is no chance of water getting into the units when it rains. The security is very good here also. If you do not have a unit with a pass code then you are not getting into the storage areas. There are also cameras everywhere plus alarms. The people who operate the units are fantastic people. They always have a great attitude and are willing to help. I would highly recommended this warehouse to anyone.”

“The lady that I did business with was great I moved out of ther a year ago. But will be going back to rent another storage unit in the near future. The only bad thing I have to say is I forgot to get my deposit back from them and that was on me not them”

“Great management. Jack is always professional, efficient, and kind. Well maintained and clean facilities. It was a little tricky working with the kiosk and most of the time it was broken. But when I called in, we were able to resolve any problems via the phone. I also noticed that my rental fee rose after 6 months about 10 dollars. Just something to be aware of if you are planning to rent for a long time. I would still recommend this facility. You have options for indoor (temp controlled) units and regular ones. A invoice of each months rent was emailed to you each month with plenty of time to pay. And you have 24/7 access, something that I found very helpful.”

“I left my original comment-less review or 4 out of 5 stars 3 years ago, but seeing how the owner just now made a comment, I figured I'd clarify that I was not "mad about paying a late fee"Honestly 4 out of 5 stars is not that bad imo.The main issue I had was that, at least at the time, they did not send out any kind of monthly invoice for billing, electronic or physical. The response I was told was "We don’t send invoices out as that keeps rates down and your rental agreement states it’s due the first day of each month". Ok, that's fine I guess but an annoyance none the less, can't see out at least an electronic bill would add that much to costs.Secondly, partially because of the above, I was late on payment. That's on me, I get that. So they added on their own lock to the storage unit. Still fine, that's standard practice for storage units. So I paid by pill in full via their website, including all fees on Thursday morning (9:39am) , and let them know the account was paid off by replying to the "Notice of Default" email they sent. I followed up on the next day (Friday @ 12:39pm) asking when the lock would be removed. Did not get a response until the following Monday that the lock had been removed and the reason for delay was "the lock was removed this morning as our office is not an operation over the weekend".All in all nothing too terrible about it, just a couple inconveniences, hence why I left the 4/5 star rating and not anything lower.Also just want to mention something else, not sure if things have changed since I haven't used them in three years. The unit itself was not exactly "top of the line". I knew exactly what I was getting into when I rented the unit as I saw it before hand, but if you are someone that is just browsing online, my "unit" was a sectioned off part of an old small plane hanger. Wall dividing the individual units did not go all the way to the ceiling (admittedly the walls were likely 10ft+ but nothing capping off the top of the unit), and locking the door was a loop of chain attached to the door jam going through a hole in the door. None of that is necessarily a bad thing or something I saw as not secure, just be aware of what you are getting at a low price point.”
