I purchased a replacement alternator for my '97 F150 w/140,000+ miles on it.
Over two years later it failed. True to his word Phil replaced the alternator at no cost, including labor, and thanked me for my business.
I don't think that would have happened at a dealership.
You might find someone cheaper, but good luck, later on down the road, when something goes wrong.

“Daryl was hands down the best tow operator we could have ran into today. We are from Ohio and broke down 40 miles from his home and he came and got us, dropped my car at the tire shop because they were closed and we have to get the tire in the a.m. he then drove us to our b and b and dropped our clothes off and THEN dropped us off at the stadium where we have a football game between the Indianapolis colts and the San Francisco 49ers. Daryl saved the damn day. He was awesome!!! If you get a chance to get a tow by him ......he's an hinorable guy.”
