“We came here for a group event. It’s a small town bowling alley, take that as you will. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We didn’t go in the arcade so can’t speak on that. Prices seemed pretty reasonable or cheaper than going into the city.I’m mostly writing this review for the pizza. I love pizza and make my own using a wood fired pizza oven (so you could call me a pizza critic of sorts). I saw all the reviews but no pictures so I was skeptical of how good it really was…but I have to agree. It is a delicious tavern style pizza worthy of any bowling alley nostalgia. I’m not sure how a more complex pizza would taste but the pepperoni is good quality. I’d stop in just for a pizza sometime.Here’s a picture for you picky people who need to see the food first. “When we went the interior of the building was under a large remolding project. The second floor was completely closed down. I was notified of this by a phone call about a week before we were to stay there(which I appreciated). It was not that inconvenient. This hotel was very nice and clean and mostly remodeled. The staff were amazing. They were easy to communicate with and every employee that I interacted with was very nice and helpful. I definitely would stay here again.Rooms: Clean and newly remodeled.Food & drinks: Holiday inn express always have great breakfast.”
